Property maintenance · Managers, HOAs & commercial
One call.
One crew.
Done right.
I'm Cyrus. I keep High Desert properties clear, graded and guest-ready — on a contract, so the problems get handled long before they turn into emergencies.
Who I am
I didn't learn this terrain from a manual
I grew up in it. I know where the water runs, where the soil gives, where the rock holds, and what this desert asks for before it gives you anything back.
That's not something you get taught. You earn it — years of hard miles in sand and stone, under relentless sun and the rare desert rain, working ground that chews up inexperienced operators and rewards the ones who take the time to understand it.
My standard is simple: get it right the first time. Property managers stay with me because I don't cut corners, I don't need callbacks, and I'm not going to waste your time or your money.
You get me — my cell, my voice. No answering service, no dispatcher passing along a message that loses half the detail.
Whoever quotes your job is who shows up to do it, and who already knows your property the next time out.
I'd rather stay the extra hour than drive back out next week. You shouldn't have to pay twice for the same work.
Why a maintenance contract makes sense
The desert works on your property year-round
Wind-driven debris, flash flood washouts, seasonal growth, and the slow grind of hard-use wear. If you're looking after multiple units, vacation rentals or a commercial lot, the question was never whether the place needs maintenance — it's whether you've got someone reliable lined up before it becomes a crisis.
What contract clients get
- Priority scheduling — your properties go to the front of my list
- Locked-in rates, with no surge pricing when things get busy
- Seasonal readiness — prepped before the rain arrives, not after
- One point of contact, and it's me
- Fewer emergency calls, and fewer guest complaints
Who I work with
- Airbnb and short-term rental property managers
- HOAs and private road associations
- Commercial lots and light industrial properties
- Absentee owners running things from out of the area
- Real estate agents getting a listing ready
Same ground, two visits
What the work actually changes
Both frames are mine, shot from about where I parked the machine.

Ninety minutes out from Joshua Tree
If your place sits inside about an hour and a half of me, I'll come look at it. A good share of my work is for owners who live somewhere else entirely — you don't need to be standing there for me to get it done.
